Every now and then advancements in construction technology appear that are a perfect mix of innovation and practicality. In the last 25 years and because of numerous economic factors, Light gauge steel framing has caught on across the globe except for in the United States. This is mostly because of availability to cheap lumber and skilled labor. Now that the structural quality of lumber has degraded and the strained lumber supply chain the door has been opened for a superior solution.
Founders
Velent Steel Structures was founded by a group of construction industry entrepreneurs who saw an opportunity to lower costs and improve the building process for residential up to medium sized commercial buildings. Our research encompassed the latest building materials, construction robotics, 3D CAD detailing, and supply chain management systems, all married with our hands-on practical building experience. The result is the formation of Velent Steel Structures which is dedicated to incremental improvement and lowering of costs for our clients.
